Luke 18:1-8:
The characters in the parable judge and widow stand in sharp contrast to one another. The judge is known to be corrupt, yet the widowed woman, helpless and alone, dares to go to him for help. At first, he refuses her but decides it is in his best interest to give in to her request. Jesus uses this as a way of showing that they must never give up on God. Keep praying and never lose heart.
You know that I do sometimes weary of praying when I cannot see/hear what I want when I want it. You are right and just, my God. You hear me and answer.
